Cancellation Policy:

You have the flexibility to cancel your order up to 72 hours before the scheduled experience without providing a specific reason and if the experience was purchased in the last 10 days (240 hours) prior to the cancellation. A 50% refund is applicable if canceled 48 hours before the experience. Experiences booked within 24 hours are non-refundable. Once an experience starts, refunds are not applicable. In some cases, a deposit may be required to start organizing the experience, in the event of cancelation from you, the deposit will not be returned. In case of a cancellation by us or by our service provider, guests will have the opportunity to reschedule the experience or receive a full refund.

Refund Process:

We commit to reimbursing you within 30 days from receiving your cancellation notice. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the order, with no additional fees.
