Cancellation & Refunds Policy
You are entitled to cancel your order 24 hours prior to the experience without giving any reason for doing so.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive your cancelation. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for reimbursement:
In order for us to reimburse the experience, please make sure that:
The experience was purchased in the last 7 days
We received a cancelation communication 24 hours prior to the experience
The following experience cannot be reimbursed:
The experience is already passed and there was a no show
We were informed of the cancelation less then 24 hours prior to the experience
We reserve the right to refuse to reimburse experiences that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
